Linda


Linda was a Certified Respiratory Therapist for 17 years and then turned to travel the world and became a Certified Travel Consultant advancing to a National Director position. Corporate stress and high demands after 9/11 took their toll on her and suddenly health and wellness were more important.
She became nationally certified in Hatha Yoga by Integrative Yoga Therapy atMt Madonna Center in California and has over 400 hours of teacher training and 3000 hours of teaching experience. This qualifies her as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance which sets international standards for Yoga Instruction and allows her to use ERYT behind her name. She has trained with some of the world’s mostrespected yoga instructors such as Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Johnny Kest, David Swenson, Doug Keller, Gary Kraftsow, Rodney Yee, Beryl Bender Birch, Eddie Modestini, Nicki Doane, and Joseph LePage. She continues her teacher training for the 500 hour Yoga Alliance Registry and have the destinction of a Professional Yoga Therapist.
Little did she know that after a few months of owning her own Yoga Studio, she would become a victim of Melanoma of the eye. This has brought about unexpected changes, a profound new awakening and has given her more inner strength and spirit to devote to her yoga teachings.
Through her experience as a cancer survivor, she can help you start a new beginning in your own life. Feel the difference of inner peace and tranquility for yourself. Jason has been practicing yoga since 1993 and began studying the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. He completed his teacher training in 1998 with the Spiritual Life Society Yoga Center in Ohio. His expertise will awaken you into a new beginning to your day.

Karen
Pediatrician and Kids Yoga Instructor
Karen has been practicing yoga since the birth of her third child fourteen years ago when she needed a gentle form exercise. She not only loved performing the asanas but was amazed at the sense of calmness and having a clearer focus following each class. In her work as a Pediatrician, she often senses a similar need in children. Karen enjoys teaching Kids Yoga and helping children develop greater self confidence, focus and flexibility.

Michelle
Registered & Certified Yoga Instructor
Michelle teaches Yoga Stretch & Hot Yoga on Thursday evenings.
Michelle is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance,and a graduate of FYB (Feel Your Best), a nationally recognized teacher training schools with a multi-style discipline. As a yoga devotee for over 10 years, Michelle has extensive formal training in addition to continuing education in the field of health and wellness.
Michelle’s practice is inspired by the Alignment principles of Anusara, the Core Strength principles of Forrest Yoga and most influenced byDuncan Wong, creator of the Yogic Arts System, “Inner Harmony through true self expression”. A form of yoga integrating the core strengthening and joint conditioning elements of martial arts, fluidity and purification of Ashtanga and the healing touch of adjustments and massage.
Currently teaching in the Milwaukee area, Michelle is grateful for the amazing influence that many teachers and students have had on her. Teaching others how to use yoga as a tool to deal with the stress of a busy lifestyle, to remain connected to their bodies, and to stay creative has been the driving force of her art. She does this by conveying the message that strength can be found by exploring weakness. This, along with anunderstanding of and appreciation for anatomy, guides her understanding of the body which serves as the foundation ofher creative and engaging teaching style.

Certified Pilates Instructor
Katrina has been teaching Joseph Pilates matwork since 2002. She has witnessed first-hand the transformation in body as well as the mindful rejuvenation of Pilates participants! Romana Krysanowska, a protegee of Joseph Pilates, says it best....Pilates is elegant sufficiency!
